We had an incredible experience dining at JP Teres restaurant. The team was welcoming and made us feel very welcome from beginning to end. The dishes were refined and delicious, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The prices were more than reasonable! Chef Mazlan took the time to explain his dishes, his cuisine, and his passion to us. Each dish was flavorful, and we could taste the love and all the flavors of Malaysia. It was a delight! His smile and hospitality were remarkable! A huge thank you to him. Thank you for the warm welcome and for sharing your culture.
We went there for an office lunch. The head chef (Mazlan b. Said) and (Mohd Efezie) is very attentive, and I have no complaints about the food. It’s a killer bruhh, no cap. The staff is superb, friendly and always ready to assist. The service and the food, TOTALLY ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS! Thank you for the complimentary cucur udang. Really appreciate it. I had the pleasure of dining at JPteres on 26 July 2025 with my 3 kids, and it was truly a delightful experience. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious – beautifully presented and rich in authentic Malaysian flavors. Every dish we tried was well-prepared, from the flavorful satay to the nasi kerabu and chicken rice. It’s clear that great care goes into both the ingredients and preparation. A special shoutout to our waiter, Mr. Zailani and Mr. Hasif, who was incredibly attentive, polite, and friendly throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable and offered great recommendations. Their warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience. Thank you, JPteres and Grand Hyatt, for a memorable meal. The Pasar Malam themed dinner buffet at JP Teres, is a fun and delicious way to enjoy all your favourite Malaysian street food in a classy and comfortable setting.. The food was great especially the nasi kerabu, celop tepung corner, air balang, soup corner and many more Owh not to forget, the pasar malam vibes were on point.. Each stall have their own speaker calling people “meh cuba, belom try belom tau” “nasi ayam.. nasi ayam.. nasi ayammmm!” “Goreng panas” and the background songs they play can also be a free sing along karaoke place Special shoutout to waitress Siti who was super helpful and friendly throughout the night — really made the experience even better.. Perfect place if u’re looking to enjoy local flavours with a touch of hotel luxury!
The chicken rice at JP teres is known for being the best in KL and we just had to try. The rice is nice and fluffy and you can choose either poached or roasted chicken. Verdict? It’s not that nice enough to pay more than RM60 though the serving is large. The usual kopitiam chicken rice is always better. Service was great though.
I came here with my family for their Sajian Istana Buffet Ramadhan, it was my first time dining here for their buffet, and the buffet was really amazing because most of the dishes have the malaysian taste. Like some people said “tekak melayu” kind of dishes . I heard that their Roasted Chicken Rice was their signature dish, I tried their Chicken Rice and surprisingly it was good . The teh tarik was also good too I did tried their dessert, and it was delicious . The service was great, the ambience is good . I enjoyed their buffet very much . The price was reasonable due to their dishes . Definitely will come again for next year buffet ramadhan

Service • Renna was incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly making me feel comfortable. • Izwan was quick, attentive, and efficient — everything I asked for was handled immediately. • Muji and Faizal were also very professional and polite, always making sure the table was clean and that I had everything I needed. Food • The dishes prepared by Chef Mazlan were excellent — beautifully presented with well-balanced flavours. • Chef Amirul clearly pays great attention to detail; every dish that came out was consistent in taste and quality. The combination of both chefs made the dining experience truly memorable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the food. Highly recommended!
